These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FamePush websites, applications, and related services. By using FamePush, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

2. Campaigns & content

Brands supply campaign materials subject to our content guidelines. Creators must comply with platform rules, disclosure requirements, and applicable laws when publishing clips.

3. Payments

Performance-based payouts depend on verified views and campaign rules displayed in your dashboard. FamePush may withhold or reverse payouts associated with fraudulent or invalid traffic.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Artificial inflation of views, bots, or click farms
• Intellectual property infringement or misleading claims
• Attempts to circumvent fraud detection or payment systems

5. Limitation of liability

FamePush is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FamePush is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
